The highly trained staff at the Happy Dog Inn understands that some of our guests may have special needs. Please feel free to discuss any special requirements with us when you make your reservation as we will do everything in our power to make sure your pet is taken care of and provided for.

Happy Dog Inn advises against boarding guests that have a terminal illness and are in the late stages of that illness.

The health and safety of our guests is our number one priority. We consult with our Veterinarian Advisory Board in order to continuously update our policies and to provide the best, affordable care available. All of our pet guests’ medical records, personality profiles, and special needs are carefully recorded to ensure a safe and healthful visit. 

Happy Dog Inn will administer oral and topical medications at no charge. We are sorry but we cannot give injections. All medications shall be provided by owner, clearly labeled and must include written instructions with pet's name, type of medication, dosage, and schedule.
